Thank you Tanya, you also made the experience fun for me.  The social media aspect was a key player in me taking a test drive that day.  If you hadn't picked up on my tweet and recommended I go for a test drive, I may not have.  I also appreciated that you knew from my profile on twitter that I was a chocolate snob and the chocolate you bought along with the flowers was delicious!  Too bad I had to share them with my kids!  LOL.  

I also think that Guy was a great salesman by the fact that I did not feel like he was 'pushy' in fact, he was a problem solver, which every good salesman should be!  He found me a solution for my seven seater requirement I had for July, this too was instrumental in getting the sale that day.  Between you, Guy and John Horgan (who remembered me from when I bought my last vehicle there 4 years ago), made me really enjoy buying the Ridgeline.  The Ridgeline is just fabulous to drive, I feel great driving it and it suits our needs perfectly!  I'm one extremely happy customer.

Having a loaner car available, was a definite bonus. I have to say that the overall service and attitude of the service represetatives at Discovery is far superior to -- Honda, which I have had to deal with for warranty purposes. Discovery seems to want to keep my business. I appreciate them cleaning my car inside and out..
